We get it. You're anxious to get your Beach Boutique products and we are anxious for you to love it!

Beach Boutique

All beach boutique orders are shipped from Irvine, California - Monday through Friday. Oceanista does not ship on federal holidays or weekends. Orders opting for expedited shipping (USPS or UPS) that are placed prior to 9:00 a.m. (PST) will be processed and shipped same day; expedited orders placed after 9 a.m. (PST) will be processed and shipped the following business day. Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 - 5 business days after your order is placed.

Some orders may be delayed during high volume sales periods. Oceanista is responsible for shipping on time only as stated by our terms. Oceanista is not responsible for shipping delays caused by natural disasters or occurrences outside of our control.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $75.00 and $7.95 flat rate for orders under $75.00. Packages that are light weight are based on the weight of the item and you may see a flat rate less than $7.95 at checkout. The price you are given when placing an online order is an estimate and it is sometimes necessary for us to adjust the price on your credit card. If you have any questions regarding the cost of shipping please contact us and we will be happy to answer any questions that you may have.

One-time beach boxes

One-time boxes ship within 3-5 business days. Shipping charges for one-time boxes are flat rate $9.95 within the United States and are subject to change without notice.

If located in the United States you should receive your box within 3-10 business days from the time you receive your tracking number.

For international customers, shipping may take up to 3 weeks to arrive at your doorstep but many of our customers have had packages arrive sooner. Oceanista cannot guarantee a time frame for any processing delays that may arise through the post offices of destination countries. Oceanista is not responsible for packages that require duties and custom fees at the time of entry.

Beach Bundles (BYOB)

Build Your Own Beach Box Bundles ship within 3-5 business days. Beach Bundles ship FREE over $75. Shipping charges for bundle boxes under $75 are flat rate of $7.95 within the United States and are subject to change without notice. BYOB will be available based on inventory. BYOB bundles are heavily discounted boxes and are final sale items. No exchanges or refunds. Please read the description of each product item and sizing charts prior to creating a bundle and placing your order.

Subscription boxes - discontinued

If located in the United States you should receive your box within 3-10 business days from the time you receive your tracking number.

Oceanista is not responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect addresses. If a box is returned to us due to an invalid address, a reshipping and handling fee of $9.95 will be charged to reship the package.

Oceanista will not be held liable for any additional import taxes, duties, and/or customs fees incurred at the time of entry. Any items or subscription boxes returned due to unpaid taxes, duties, and/or customs fees will not be reshipped and no refund will be processed on your products or subscription.

Oceanista reserves the right to cancel subscription memberships.

Free Shipping Promotions & Returns
Orders that qualify for free shipping (for example, orders over $75 or during a promotional period) are only eligible if the minimum purchase requirement is met after returns. If you return items and your order falls below the free shipping threshold, or if you return all items from the order, the actual shipping cost (or a flat $9 fee) will be deducted from your refund.
